The Heart Behind the Business
Aroma & Flora was born from a moment when I realised I was slowly losing myself in the intense routine of working in hospitality. After going through burnout, I knew something had to change. I no longer wanted to stay in an environment that left me feeling disconnected from myself. I quit my job in hospitality to build a brand designed for women’s wellness - and I still can’t believe I said that out loud.
During that time, I started using essential oils to bring small moments of calm and bliss into my chaotic routine. What began as a personal ritual soon became a deeper passion for aromatherapy and the power scent has to shift our mood, energy, and environment.
Here I share those moments with other women, to offer candles and aromatherapy blends that don’t just smell beautiful, but help you reconnect with yourself through simple, intentional rituals of self-care.
